Manager hours of availability: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (By appointment only)

CAM Duties: Licensed by the State of Florida. Assists the Board with daily operations and collection of assessments, financial management, enforcing rules and regulations, oversees projects, liaison between the Board and owners, builds relationships with vendors, and provides residential aid for new owners and residents.
