Your Owner Portal connects to Appfolio, the management software used by Lifestyles Property Services and shows your current balance. This option offers the ability to setup AutoPay or pay One-Time with eCheck or Credit Card. Online payments in your portal show on your account ledger instantly.
Pay Online In Your Owner Portal
eCheck, Debit Card, and Credit Card payments incur an additional convenience fee that will display prior to payment. eCheck typically has the lowest convenience fee.
Pay Online at the HOA’s Bank Website
Your Association banks with First Citizens Bank (formerly Mutual of Omaha Bank). First Citizens Bank offers the options to setup AutoPay or pay One-Time with eCheck or Credit Card. Credit card payments incur a convenience set by the bank. There is currently no added fee for eCheck payments.
You will need the following information from your management provided billing statement or payment coupon:
- Your Account Number
- Management ID: 0546
- Association ID
The First Citizens Bank site does not show your current balance.
Mail Your Payment
Mail your check or money order to our main office or directly to the bank “lockbox”.
Be sure your property address and account number are written on your check payable to your Association name.
